Microsoft 365 Copilot for enterprise customers
In March, Microsoft showed us how Copilot can unlock productivity and unleash creativity in the apps millions of people use every day – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Today, they’ve unveiled a new and unique experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot: Microsoft 365 Chat.
Back in March, you were introduced to Microsoft 365 Chat, which was then called Business Chat, but rapid development over the past few months has taken it to a whole new level. It’s a powerful new feature in Microsoft 365 Copilot that goes far beyond simple questions and answers. As an assistant, it has a deep understanding of you, your work, your priorities, and your organization. It can find everything you need in your files (even files you forgot existed), connects all your content and context at light speed, and even integrates with the apps you use to run your business.
Starting today, enterprise customers have the opportunity to purchase Microsoft 365 Copilot. EAP customers will have the first opportunity to deploy Copilot in their organizations when it becomes generally available.
Over the past few years, the pace and volume of work has only increased. In a given workday, our most active users search for what they need 18 times, receive more than 250 Outlook emails, and send or read nearly 150 Teams chats. Teams users around the world are having three times as many meetings each week as they did in 2020. And on Windows, some people use 11 apps in a single day to get their work done. Microsoft 365 Chat helps everyone take the pressure off. ??
